With Christmas approaching and 2024 drawing to a close, we now have no further scheduled pain clinics until the New Year. As always however, if you need us, leaving a message on 07872468994 will always get to us, even during the holiday. I know I speak for both Jane and I when I say we are very much looking forward to some time to switch off and spend with family, although in my own case my family has grown this year in the form of two grandchildren and an excitable puppy, so how peaceful the break will be I’m unsure.
2024 has been a busy year, and we have held over 47 clinics, with 545 appointments attended. We have also received some truly lovely feedback from patients. While often the phrase ‘no news is goods news’ applies in pain medicine as it does it does in life generally, if you have provided feedback, thank you!
Looking to 2025, our first clinic of the New Year will be on Wednesday 8th January, followed by the first injection list on Friday 10th January. My existing clinics will continue at the Winterbourne Hospital in Dorchester every Wednesday, however I can announce that, from the middle of January, I will also have an afternoon clinic at the Harbour Hospital in Poole every other Friday. While I very much hope everyone has a happy and healthy Christmas and New Year, if you do experience any new or recurring pain concerns, we will be here for you in the New Year.
